“I attended the induction training, which followed an activity-based learning approach. I learned new ways of teaching, such as using energizers to boost students’ energy and help them better grasp the content. I learned grammar modules from Laxmi Madam and delivered multiple teach-backs on different topics. By solving level-wise workbooks and participating in practical sessions, I understood how to engage with school Headmasters, teachers, SDMC members, and parents. The training made me feel confident and happy to teach SIV students.”
